Welcome to Klipx ("App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Klipx mobile application (package name: com.admoprh.ai_video_generator) available on Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Klipx. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Klipx is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our Service. By using Klipx, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this Service.

You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CREDITS:
Used credits are non-refundable. Once credits have been used to generate videos, access features, or make purchases within the App, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Earned credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits earned through daily logins, referral programs, watching reward advertisements, or any other promotional activities are for use within the Klipx platform only and hold no monetary value outside of the Service.
Credits may be purchased through in-app purchases via Google Play. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms of service and refund policies. Purchased credits are added to your account upon successful payment processing.
You may earn credits through the following methods:
We reserve the right to expire unused credits after extended periods of account inactivity. Credits may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms. We may modify the credit system, including earning rates and costs, at any time with reasonable notice.
"User Content" includes all content you create, upload, submit, or share through the Service, including but not limited to text prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, comments, profile information, and shared prompts (Remixes).
By submitting User Content, you grant Klipx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service and our business operations, including for promotional purposes.
You retain ownership of the original content you create and upload. However, AI-generated content may be subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying AI models (Sora 2, Veo 3, Imagine by Grok). You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:
The Remix feature allows you to share your prompts with other users either for free or in exchange for credits. By sharing a prompt, you grant other users the right to use that prompt to generate their own videos.
When you purchase a prompt from another user, you receive a license to use that prompt for video generation within Klipx. This license is non-transferable and does not grant you ownership of the prompt or the right to resell it.
Credits earned from selling prompts are subject to the same terms as other earned credits and cannot be redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to set platform fees for Remix transactions.
Klipx includes social features such as user profiles, following/followers systems, video feeds, comments, and likes. When using these features, you agree to:
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate community standards.
The Klipx name, logo, user interface, design, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Klipx. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Klipx utilizes third-party AI models including Sora 2 (OpenAI), Veo 3 (Google), and Imagine by Grok (xAI). Your use of these AI models through our Service is subject to their respective terms of service. We do not claim ownership of the AI models themselves.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Klipx infringes your copyright, please contact us at help@klipx.app with the required information under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. AI models may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. AI model availability depends on third-party providers and may change without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KLIPX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Klipx and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting your account through the App settings or by contacting us at help@klipx.app.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any credits remaining in your account at termination will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Klipx operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Klipx regarding your use of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
