Account Deletion Request
We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Klipx account, please review the information below and submit a deletion request.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your data, including generated videos, credits, and any content you've created.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, username, and profile details
- User Content: All videos you've generated, uploaded images, and text prompts
- Social Data: Your followers, following lists, comments, and likes
- Credits: Any remaining credits in your account (purchased or earned)
- Remixes: Prompts you've shared or purchased
- Activity History: Your usage data and preferences
What May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for legal, security, or business purposes:
- Transaction Records: Purchase history may be retained for accounting and tax purposes as required by law
- Legal Compliance: Data necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
- Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App
Open Klipx
Launch the Klipx app on your device
Go to Settings
Tap on your profile icon, then select "Settings"
Select Account
Navigate to "Account" or "Account Settings"
Delete Account
Tap "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation prompts
Option 2: Submit a Request Below
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via this form, please fill out the information below:
Processing Time: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
